Yes of course, we will send you an email confirming that your order is ready for collection. You can find directions to our shop here.

Yes, if we have designed and arranged your artwork here in our Studio then we will email proofs to you for proofing. Only when a proof has been approved by the client will it go through to print production.
If Artwork has been produced outside of Reeds we will print as per supplied file.
We are happy to do a FREE file/artwork checks but this only covers print specifications and not proof reading or layout.
Full payment is required with orders unless you hold a 30-day Credit Account with us.

We cannot use the following formats for printing:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Power Point
- Microsoft Publisher
- Microsoft Works
Below is a link to a website that can convert any of the above files into a useable PDF, it is easy-to-use and will do it for you right there online.
Please note that it is important when supplying a PDF from a Microsoft document, care is taken to ensure any spot colours are created correctly in your original document.

CMYK stands for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black – the inks our digital presses mix together to make colours on your printed job.
